I love all of them.
CM 30 DAY CHALLENGE DAY 18 MOST INTERETSING CASE?
IT TAKES A VILLAGE
Least favourite episode?
The fight. The only member of the new weird team i actually liked was Rawson. Everything else seemed kind of train wreck reminiscent. I don’t usually like episodes where they launch spin offs. I find they dumb down the normal characters to make the new ones look better. In any normal episode of CM they would’ve figured out all of this stuff by themselves but they needed help here.
I didn’t think the acting was up to par either to be honest, the victim i thought did wonderfully. It was the other team again i had issues with.
I was also very disappointed that they cast Janeane Garofalo after they aired this, i love her acting and she wasn’t in it!
I think i might just have issues.

Criminal Minds 30 day challenge, day 16
Elle Greenaway or Emily Prentiss?
Emily Prentiss
Words do not communicate how much i adore/love/admire this character.
Favourite episode quote?
“The noir hero is a knight in blood caked armor. He’s dirty and he does his best to deny the fact that he’s a hero the whole time.” Frank Miller
That’s said by Garcia by the way.
I love that quote, and i’m disappointed because it’s one of the ones that never gets repeated by the fans, I just think it completely embodies everybody on that team. Some more literally than others i’ll admit…

CM 30 day challenge day 13, part two.
Kevin and Garcia is my love, they’re my canon couple love.. But if i had to pick a ship that’s never going to happen, it would be this one.
And i wanted to make another graphic….

Criminal Minds 30 day challenge, Day 13 Favourite couple?
Kevin Lynch and Penelope Garcia.
(trying out new things with Corel, this took me forever, minimalist shouldn’t take forever)
Least Favourite Male?
I don’t really have to think about this at all. Jason Gideon.
It’s not that i don’t think that his character is brilliant, because he is. However, it doesn’t really make up for that fact that for someone with an incredible grasp on human behavior, he just doesn’t really understand people who aren’t sociopathic/psychopathic.
I find that he’s so sure of his grasp on other people, that he can trample on other peoples emotions so easily. He can be unnecessarily cruel, but he can be compassionate as well. Rising the lightning is my favourite CM episode, i think that Gideon allows her to make that sacrifice horrifying, but incredible at the same time.
His treatment of Emily bothers me, in Jones especially. Emily was acting how she thought best when Reid was in trouble, she was trying to help a teammate. When she makes a comment about it, which i think was justified considering it was pertaining to the case they were working on. Gideon’s response is cruel and unforgiving. Then he goes on to talk to Reid like he has fixed everything for him, when in reality i don’t think he helped him at all.
He then goes onto leave what was pretty much a suicide note to Reid, someone who looks up to him. Someone who has been abandoned by his father, has a mother who didn’t always realize if he never came home at night. You could see the effect this had on Reid, especially when he speaks to Emily about it.
I just can’t help but think someone with Gideon’s level of understanding would know exactly what his actions would do to Reid. But he did it anyway.
I also think that the team is better without him. before he left they weren’t really a team. they were more like Gideon’s band of merry profilers. Although Hotch was unit chief even then, it was pretty obvious most of the time that Gideon called the shots. Everyone rallied around him, whereas when he left and Rossi was introduced the team became much more like a real team. Each with different strengths and an equal amount to give to contribute.
I don’t dislike his character, i think he was fascinating. But to be blunt. He drives me up the wall.
Least favourite Unsub?
I don’t have any specific reasoning for this. But i never have liked Norman from “Normal”. It was the first episode of CM i ever actually properly watched and i didn’t like it, so i didn’t carry on watching it. I know he’s actually a good unsub in terms of the psychology and his actions He’s meant to be “normal” i could just never react to him in the same way i do with the other ones.
This isn’t as thought out as my other days, because i’m doing this on gut instinct as i only have 30mins left till day 10 is officially over. But i think i should get to credit my gut reactions to things. I didn’t like him, there were other unsubs i didn’t think were that great, but they normally have a redeeming factor. I thought unsub who was played by Tim Curry was a bit…off. I liked the first part of the episode a lot better than the second part. The second part he seemed to lose all the “ohmygod you’re terrifying” points by being bossed around by a little girl. But as said, in the first part i found the whole idea of what he does absolutely terrifying, it’s the only episode of CM i cannot watch while alone in my house. I terrified my friend with it.
I just don’t think Norman has the fear factor. I like the fear factor, if not fear factor, then some nefariousness to spice it up. This show is a show about the inner workings of serial killers, and it was an entirely accurate portrayal. But in the end it’s a TV show as well, and i just didn’t find his character captivating enough to maintain my interest.

Criminal Minds 30 day challenge, day 9.
Favourite unsub?
Susan Jacobs and husband…Mr Jacobs. (I don’t remember his name)
I adore this episode more than anything, it ranks second on my favourites list. I love these two as unsubs because there’re so many layers of things they did, and it makes for such an intriguing episode. Not to mention that because of all the things these two did, we got treated to so many amazing character moments.

CM 30 day challenge. Day 8.
Your favourite Garcia/Morgan moment?
My favourite moment between them isn’t in any way a popular one. It’s from “Hopeless”. I like this bit the best because it’s Garcia looking out for Morgan, not the other way around.
We’ve seen Morgan have Garcia’s back all the way through the series, which is great. They have an amazing friendship, and i emphasize friendship because that’s all i see it as. In this scene Garcia is trying to help him by warning him from something which could really put him in a difficult situation, i know the story line wasn’t continued by the writers (most Morgan ones aren’t) but it had that potential.
Garcia notices what none of the whole team of profilers does, something which she does a lot actually. Prentiss in Valhalla, is a good example, she looked more terrified after Emily had tried to calm her down than before.
Okay, i just love this scene, Garcia may not have her team’s back with a Glock, but she sure does have their backs.
(P.S. this graphic sucks, but i was watching S6 extras at the time so…)
You’ve been kidnapped, and the BAU is doing victimology on you. What would they find in your room?
Oh dear… Okay, firstly they’d find out that i’m a bit of a girly nerd. A girly nerd who is also so manly at times it’s unbelievable.
My wardrobe tastes, gah! One day i’ll be wearing a dress, the next i’ll be wearing skinny jeans, converse and a rocker tee. My sense of style is odd. And i have a lot of clothes, so they’d notice that one. Shoe addiction also.
They’d notice that i love art, i have paintings and prints all over my walls. My friends have also drawn/painted me some amazing art which is on my walls.
I love blue and brown, that is my colour scheme. Blue walls blue, curtains, blue cushions and ceiling (the ceiling has clouds painted on it) and my furniture is wooden.
I have photos of my friends everywhere. They’d notice i have about 6 closer than close best friends. But really other than those i only have acquaintances.
my obsessive love for anything penguiny.
If they looked on Adam, my lovely laptop man. They’d probably be horrified XD Everything is fangirly and nothing hurts.
Ohh, they’d find my massive book collection . It’s so large it has to live in other places in the house because it doesn’t fit in here. My art stuff is littered around too :)
